CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER


You may make the following changes to your order:
• Cancel any portion of or the entire order
• Change the Ship to Address
• Change the Shipping Method

To add items to your current order, you must place a separate order for the additional items you wish to purchase. This is because your financial institution authorised your order for a specific authorisation amount.

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible and thus, we can only accept a change to or cancel your order up to the time your order has been released for shipment. Please contact Customer Service Monday through Friday, 9am to 6.30pm GMT+8 (excluding Singapore Public Holidays) to request a change to or cancel your order or any portion of your order, at which time you will be informed of the eligibility of the request.
